One of the most important aspects of a reception is the ability for your guests to converse during dinner, but feel the impact of an energic band during dinner. All About Me is among the first to integrate the new cutting edge Bose sound system, operated by our own, in house sound engineer It looks nothing like the traditional speakers that you have seen. It provides enough power to fill the Valley Forge Convention Center, yet it is delicate enough for the Petite Ballroom at the Ritz Carlton. Your event is only as good as the sound equipment. 90% of bands in the Greater Philadelphia Area contract a 3rd party company to provide sound for their events. This means that bandleaders are constantly under the stress of worrying if their contracted sound engineer will even show up, let alone provide a good sounding mix.

LIGHTING SYSTEM

All About Me also owns a lighting system including four trees of lights as well as a fog machine. Typically, two trees of lights are used, enough to light up the band members and the stage. The additional lights and fog machine are optional, depending on what type of atmosphere you would like to create. Whether it's an elegant, sophisticated ballroom dance or a smokey dance club party, we will tailor to your needs.
